The Supplier is responsible for warehousing, packaging, and shipping the product directly to you. Intellectual Property Rights 6.1 Our IP All content on the Site, including but not limited to the OakStoneLiving name, logo, text, graphics, images, and software, is the intellectual property of OakStoneLiving or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 6.2 Product IP The trademarks, logos, and product designs of the goods sold are the property of the respective third-party Suppliers/manufacturers. 6.3 Prohibited Use You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or use any of the content in any manner without our express written permission. 7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification 7.1 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, OakStoneLiving, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from: Your use or inability to use the Site or the purchased products. Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. The conduct or statements of any third party on the Site (including Suppliers). Any product liability claim, including those arising from product defects, misuse, or quality, which remains primarily with the third-party Supplier/manufacturer. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. 7.2 Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OakStoneLiving and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: Your breach of these Terms. Your use of the Site or the products purchased. Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. 8.
