Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses and suppliers located both in India and overseas (mainly China, Singapore, and the U.S.).

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹499.

Orders below ₹499 are charged a flat ₹69 shipping fee.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Since we work with international suppliers, some products may be shipped from outside India.
In rare cases, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your location.
These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or natural events.
